With over 25 years of experience across accounting, executive leadership, and business development, Louie brings a wealth of insight to every engagement.

His career spans roles as CFO, COO, and CEO in both private and non-profit sectors, where he specialized in guiding organizations through financial restructuring, growth challenges, and strategic transformation. Today, Louie focuses on delivering tailored strategies that drive sustainable growth and profitability for clients of Naylor Accountancy Services.

Dee Smith is the organizational backbone of Naylor Accountancy Services. As COO, Dee plays a key role in ensuring every client receives timely, personalized support—from onboarding and document management to day-to-day communication and service coordination.

With a background in business administration and a passion for helping people, Dee leads Naylor Accountancy’s international team of accountants, bookkeepers, auditors and finance teams. Dee brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to every interaction. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to client satisfaction make her an essential part of the Naylor team.

Pauline Sebastian plays a vital role in the seamless delivery of services at Naylor Accountancy Services. As Operations & Client Support Lead, she ensures that client workflows are efficient, communications are clear, and service standards remain consistently high.

A qualified accountant, with a strong background in administrative operations and client care, Pauline is known for her proactive approach, attention to detail, and dedication to client satisfaction. She works closely with both onshore and offshore teams to coordinate tasks, streamline processes, and support the delivery of timely, accurate financial services.

Pauline’s commitment to excellence and her collaborative spirit make her an integral part of the Naylor team, helping clients across Canada receive the responsive, personalized service they deserve.

I like meeting new challenges that give me the opportunity to learn and improve upon the service level I provide for each client. In my spare time, I love playing guitar, ukulele, and piano.

I love to be organised and have proper planning to get the work done accurately and in a timely manner avoiding costly mistakes. I love traveling with friends and family.

I am eager to develop my knowledge and abilities in all areas of accounting to better assist our clients and their needs. I spend my free time with my family and enjoy watching TV.

With years of experience in bookkeeping and tax compliance, I am dedicated to continuously expanding my knowledge to provide quality service to clients. My free time is spent reading books to improve my vocabulary and communication skills.

I am committed to providing an excellent client service and experience. While at home, I enjoy cooking for my loved ones.
